Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management tool, which will grant you full control over your e-mail accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can set up a new mailbox in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Besides, you can forward electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, set up email filters, set up auto-response messages and guard your e-mail box accounts against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mail boxes against junk email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given e-mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming mails on the basis of specific rules set by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your e-mail accounts and edit the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Simply specify the e-mail box you would like to redirect mail messages from, then choose the destination email mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your choosing to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you wish to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will handle everything else.
